To get to the $100k mark, you’ll need to start with a business check up. This check up will give you insight as to where you currently are in relation to where you want your business to be.
That means tweaking ads that aren’t working, if you are in the red getting to break even, and developing a strategy that ensures you stay top of mind.
You’ll need to make sure delivery systems are in place and that in addition to your core offer there are up sells and cross sells on the back end. To get to $100k assess everything in your business.
Focus On Strategy Over Tactics
One thing that all successful businesses have across the board and in any industry is exceptional story telling. Features and even benefits aren’t what drives sales. It’s stories.
But you can’t just tell any story. You know this because you've probably written a book that hasn't sold. You thought it was terrific but nobody bought. The fifty copies you printed are sitting in your garage collecting dust. Because your book was missing something.
With great copywriting you use the stories to hit on their 6 core needs and break false beliefs that your audience have formed that have been preventing them from getting the results that they desire.
Finally the best way to sell through stories is creating an open loop that ensures they start asking you how to get the product or service.
Capture Your COLD Audience
Cold audience conversion is the secret to scaling. To capture a cold audience you’ll need different elements in your bait. Have you ever noticed that when it comes to fishing not all baits are equal? A lot of times what get put in the water the fish just aren’t interested in it.
This is what happens with businesses that haven’t hit the $100k mark. They haven’t found the right bait to attract the fish. This is where your cold consumable comes in.

Defining Your Message For the Market
For the $100k business message matters. Without a compelling why people won’t care. People buy why not what or how. They gather around an idea, a movement, a cause. This cause is exactly what ends up creating your community.

The reality is your offer probably has a solid foundation. You just keep changing what it looks like. You hop from one shiny object to another. You've been in business years and still they don't know exactly what you sell.
And when someone asks you what you do it takes you two minutes to explain it and you still don't know if you got the point across. What's actually missing is that you aren't getting on enough sales calls. You've asked one person who said "no" and went back to the drawing board. Thinking there was a problem in how you delivered the idea.
Having more sales calls allows you to shape and refine your awesome offer. Deliver this in a dynamic way and create a perfect package people pull out their credit card to purchase.
Attracting Your Audience
Now that your audience is built and growing it’s time to engage them with social content that get them to raise their hand. To do this we use a special post that is designed to generate leads and send them to your lead funnel.

Did you know that there's a simple secret that anyone who's made $100K is aware of. It's called the 80/20 rule. 20 percent of the people that buy from you are paying 80 percent of your income.

How long is this program?
Launch Funnel Secrets is an ongoing weekly program, designed to help you grow and scale your business. Each toolkit is about 2 hours long to learn the process, then you’ll need to implement it. Our end goal with the content
When does it start?
Immediately, you'll have instant access to the training and programs. The 90 Day Implementation training and coaching calls are held daily. Because we're in the intital launch you'll get to attend them LIVE.
Who is doing the training?
Primarily Hawk Mikado, but guests will be brought in from time to time to teach additional content based on what they've learned growing their company to 6, 7, 8 & 9+ figures.
What is the time commitment to complete a workshop?
It takes me an average of 2 to 4 hours to learn and implement what you learned during the training. After that you need to continue to optimize your funnel, drive traffic, and put systems in place to improve the results, how long this takes is up to you (or the person you hire to do it). In my experience most of them take about 1-2hr a day, but replace something else you were doing that was not as leveraged.
When can I start to make money?
Most people start making money in their first 1 to 2 months but the goal is to get to a $10k/mo MRR by the end of the first 100 days, then to scale to $25k to $50k/mo MRR by the end of the first 12 months, and to get to $150k/mo MRR within 18 to 24 months.
